'StoneGarden Pizzeria originated from a humble aspiration: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza in Via Roma, 47. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our pizzeria began as a quaint, family-owned business with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Romano, our pioneer, honed her pizza-making skills on her travels across Italy, learning from renowned chefs in Naples—the original home of pizza. After returning to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of true Italian pizza, embracing conventional techniques and premium ingredients.
Our journey started with a cozy 12-seat restaurant and flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem. Yet, our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue using time-tested wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough freshly each day, and selecting only top-tier ingredients.
Presently, 'StoneGarden Pizzeria is still under the stewardship of the Romano family, with the second generation now at the helm. Our operation integrates certain contemporary advancements, yet the core of our mission endures: to produce delectable, genuine pizza that unites folks.
